9th ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF OUTING

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE
$16,000.00 pesos + Tax
Sponsors for AmCham’s 9th Annual Charity Golf Outing, may benefit from the following privileges:
1. Each sponsor will be assigned one hole on the golf course for promotional purposes. The sponsor may install its banners by Thursday, June 7, between 9:00 and 6:00 pm, and they must be removed the day of the tournament immediately after the awards ceremony.
2. The sponsor may give out promotional items, handouts or gifts (preferably associated to the theme of golf). All items must be handed out exclusively by the sponsor’s personnel. It is recommended that the gifts maintain size and proportions that allow them to be carried in the golf bag. If a promotional item is larger than a fit size, it is suggested that they be handed out at the end of the event.
3. The name of the company and its logo, if provided on time, will appear on all printed material related to the event (logos must be sent in .jpg via e-mail, in black and white and in color).
4. The sponsors’ names will be mentioned at the welcoming, awards and closing ceremonies. An executive from the sponsoring company will have the opportunity to hand out the prizes donated at the Awards Ceremony (Hole-in-One, O'yes, Longest Drive, etc.) or at the raffle (only the main prizes) to the winners.
5. At the end of the event, a bag with all of the printed information and additional gifts from the sponsors will be given to each player.
6. Each sponsor will receive a list of Tournament participants with their contact data.
7. Each sponsoring company may invite one guest to the Tournament with no green fee charge.
